Great food! Great wine! Great atmosphere! However, with that said, I gave a 4 star for the food due to the price and the quantity you get. I ordered the Dore (fish) and I may have received 1.5oz of fish, the main protein was not the star of the show. Oysters were good and the burrata salad was fresh! I would go back, however, only for drinks and appetizers.
Sans Facon is a fantastic dining spot with a warm atmosphere. The seafood is fresh and flavorful, while the steak is cooked to perfection. Their unique drinks add a special touch to the meal. The attentive and friendly service makes the experience even better. Highly recommend!
We came here for an impromptu date night and were blown away by everything. The food was incredible. The atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was unparalleled. Much different from what we're used to in the area. Shout out to ANGEL (frank) for making it such a great experience. We got the Smash Burger and Boar salad btw.. delicious! We'll be back soon!
We went here after seeing Google reviews. Our family (5 people) all had a satisfying dinner. We loved the food and the atmosphere. The server (Jeremy) was really cool. We will be back. I didn't take pictures of the whole menu, but the seafood risotto was crazy good.

Beautiful ambiance to this restaurant. It has a great vibe and very chic appearance. Food portions are smaller and on the higher end in price but seems about right for its presentation and standard for this type of restaurant - fine dining. The service is nice and done fairly well for just recently coming out of lockdown and it being the first week or so back from being permitted to have indoor dining.
Happy to see that this place is getting mostly all great reviews because the place is awesome! Totally didn't expect this being from Montreal and thinking everything in Gatineau is boring but I was wrong! Service was amazing, the vibes were sooo there and yeah the food was beautiful and delicious (just look at those pics) We left before the music got louder and the bottles started popping because we had other engagements to attend but I would've loved to have stayed longer at this Sunday lunch! Only thing you should know is that it can get very expensive if you're not careful but I didn't mind...this place can take my money again lol Reserve now because it's hard to get a table especially for their Sunday Brunch! I'll be 100% back...sooner than later!
Interesting spot— great cocktails (including non alcoholic options— the watermelon version was surprisingly delish!) — we just got a couple of sides to nibble on instead of mains but they were also high quality— my sis loved the shrimp, and we all really enjoyed the fries with truffle dip along with our drinks— vibe is relaxed hip— we might have been on the outside margins of the coolness levels of this place but still felt comfy! Our server was great. As a small heads up, some of the plush furniture is not very useable so try out the seats before you land in a spot— also not sure why they have VLTs in the back, feels like a strange choice but to each their own! Overall, a nice local spot— will definitely be back!
